We have made this Oak Glen trip a yearly tradition. It started out just our family going up there with Mindy and the kids. Last year we had Todd and Madison and Grandma... this year Jarom & Holly and Eric & Rosa and the kids came along too. We pick apples and pay way too much for them and then we make apple juice. It's worth it just for the experience and just having family time. It was a really nice day up there. We missed the morning session of conference and we were getting text messages from family asking if we were watching.... our prophet announced that young men can serve a mission at the age of 18 instead of 19. And the girls can go at the age of 19 instead of 21. So amazing to see this change. There must me a great need for the work to speed up.
It was a hard day for little Eva.

So much fun! I still remember my parents pulling me out of my 4th grade class early one day so we could drive to Oak Glen to pick apples. My mom loved it there! Thanks for the memories!
